Key Appointment at Utmost Wealth Solutions
Utmost Wealth Solutions, the specialist

has announced the appointment of local
financial services expert, Julian Melling, as
Global Wealth Specialist.
Julian will be integral to a dedicated
team focusing on the provision of tailored
solutions to high-net-worth advisers and
their clients. While the team’s focus will
be the UK resident, domiciled and non-
domiciled market, the expanding Utmost
Group of Companies has the necessary expertise to offer solutions to
professional advisers and their clients on a global basis.
Based in the Isle of Man, Julian is highly experienced in international
financial services and has an enviable track record in the provision of life
assurance-based solutions. He started his career in the Island’s financial
services sector, before gaining experience in other jurisdictions with a
number of life companies. He joins Utmost Wealth Solutions from Swiss
Life. Mike Foy, Chief Executive of Utmost Group Isle of Man, commented,

bringing more than 20 years’ experience
in telecommunications, including senior

e-Gaming Consultant joins MannBenham
MannBenham Advocates have appointed Neil Harmer to their eGaming
Advisory Team. With an impressive pedigree in eGaming spanning
almost two decades Neil brings an extensive understanding of eGaming
and retail betting technology, processes and operations across multiple
jurisdictions. In addition, he has a strong, specialist knowledge of
International Pari-Mutuel (Tote) wagering operations, having worked
alongside global Tote betting operators in Australia, Asia, Europe and
North America.
With Neil’s appointment the eGaming Advisory Team continues to

online gaming advice across multiple jurisdictions. The team is
