Rachel Jepson-Bennett joined in May and brings with her 12 years of experience in the Isle of Man Private Client sector, both as an English Solicitor and as a Manx Advocate. Rachel brings a wide knowledge of all areas of Private Client and Trusts Law. Joining the firm in May, Charlotte is a welcome addition to Long & Humphrey’s Dispute Resolution team. She brings with her experience of a wide range of commercial litigation. Coupled with her ability to address her client’s needs with a pragmatic and resourceful approach to a problem, Charlotte ensures that Long & Humphrey continues to provide their clients with dynamic and comprehensive legal services, delivering results. Since joining the firm Charlotte has been advising on a wide range of matters including shareholder and contractual disputes, injunctions, insolvency, debt recovery and landlord and tenant issues.
